TACI has established high standards of excellence for those Theological Schools, Seminaries, Universities, Colleges and Biblical Institutes it accredits.
TACI is governed by a Board of Directors. They set accreditation standards, monitor compliance, and award accreditation certificates. On-site visits to applicant institutions are completed by TACI representatives to gather data for the Board of Commissioners. Accreditation certificates are awarded only upon recommendation by their Board of Commissioners.
